Points to Note
- Each tent can accommodate up to 2 adults + 1 child (ages 5–10).
- Respect the natural environment and avoid disturbing wildlife or geological formations.
- All stargazing activities are dependent on weather conditions and number of visible objects on the night of the booking.
- Mleiha team cannot completely guarantee a noise-free atmosphere due to the venue being an open desert and there may be families with young children around.
- Participants should be prepared for outdoor camping conditions and varying temperatures during the night.
- Breakfast timings are 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM and dinner timings are 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Telescopes will be available at the designated stargazing location between 7 PM and 8 PM.
- Outside food, beverages and any BBQ setup are strictly not permitted.
- Fireworks, bukhoor (incense) and other flammable items are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking inside the tent is not allowed.
- Please note that the solar-powered tent has a single device limit for power usage; kindly ensure only one device is connected at any given time to maintain sustainable power usage.
- Personal grill equipment is not allowed.
Transportation Details
- Parking: Parking is available near the glamping area and is accessible from the highway.
- Shuttle service from parking lot to the glamping area is provided.
- Meeting Point: Guests need to report to the welcome desk to check in and sign the disclaimer forms; they can then proceed to their respective tents.

- All tours are operated subject to weather conditions, operational safety reasons/concerns, force majeure events or any other reason whatsoever or howsoever arising beyond our reasonable control.
- Mleiha Archaeological Centre reserves the right to cancel or amend tour details without prior notice. In the event of Cancellation by Mleiha Archaeological Centre only, we will endeavor to contact you in advance using the contact details provided by you at the time of booking. Guests will be offered an alternative experience or if that is not possible, a refund will be made provided that payment has already been received by Mleiha Archaeological Centre.
- Pregnant Ladies will not be permitted on Off-Road Drive activities.
- Guests with injuries and medical conditions in their neck or back will not be permitted on Off-Road Drive activities.
- Closed shoes (sneakers or similar) required if participating in Sand Surfers
- Guests with heart disease, any medical conditions, and still on any type of medication are required to kindly inform the Reception Desk; for safety evaluation reasons.
- All Stargazing activities are dependent on weather conditions on the night of the booking.
- Transfers if required should be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges
- All cancellations made 5 days prior to the booking time will be refunded 100%.
- All cancellations made between 5 days and 72 hours prior to the booking time will be refunded 50%.
- All cancellations made less than 72 hours of the booking time – no refund.
- Rescheduling is only allowed once
- To reschedule your booking, please let us know 5 days prior to your booking date.
- All no-shows will be considered canceled and full charges applicable.
